Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This policy describes how Carmakal Tree Nursery, also known as Carmakal Botanicals, handles information on this website. It is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Who we are
Carmakal Tree Nursery grows trees at locations in Loxahatchee and Wellington, Florida. The Loxahatchee address is 20188 46th Ct N, Loxahatchee, FL 33470-1801. Florida nursery registration #48002195. Personal cell 561-386-0924 (anytime). Contact form. We do not keep traditional office hours.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, company or organization, phone number, project location, and a short description of the project. We use that information to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. The form does not create an account, a mailing list, or an order. We do not sell personal information.
Google Analytics and related Google services
This website uses standard Google Analytics and related Google services.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how the site is used. That can include pages viewed, general location, device and browser, referring site, and roughly how long a page stays open. Google may receive an IP address. We use those reports to understand which pages are useful. We do not use them to sell personal information.
Related Google services include Google Fonts. Your browser requests those typefaces from Google so the pages can display them. Other Google measurement or tag products enabled for this site, including a standard Google tag, are covered by this section.
Google describes its own handling of this information in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Google Analytics uses them for the measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The contact form still works if analytics cookies are blocked.
How we use information
- To answer a project inquiry and follow the work through delivery and installation.
- To operate, protect, and improve this website.
- To understand site traffic through Google Analytics and related Google services.
- To meet a legal duty, including a notice required by Florida law.
Who receives information
We do not sell personal information. We share it with the company that hosts this website, with Google for Analytics and related services such as Google Fonts, and with a public authority when the law requires it. People at the nursery who reply to an inquiry can see what you submitted.
How long we keep it
We keep a contact-form inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the project. Analytics information is kept on Google’s schedule for the property connected to this site.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child submitted the contact form, use the contact form or the personal cell, 561-386-0924, and ask us to delete that note.
Florida
We handle this website from Florida. If a security breach of personal information requires notice under the Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes, we will give that notice. If another Florida privacy law applies to a request you send, we will handle the request as that law requires. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the inquiries we store. No website can promise that transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
